- The quoted room rate is per room per night. The rate will reflect the number of persons you entered on the Search Form. It is for one person if you selected one person ( single room) and it's for two people ( double or twin room) if you selected two people.
- Breakast, taxes and service charge are included in our special Internet rates.
- We currently accept the Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Dinner credit cards.
Methods of Payment:
- Once we have received your credit card details, we simply check from our bank, in order to guarantee / secure your booking. Until the hotel accepts your booking, no immediate charge is made. We will charge your credit card in US dollars for the hotel room + 3% bank fee after having supplied you with a confirmed reservation.
-We will contact you back to advise you the final status of your reservation by email. Once the reservation is confirmed, the guest must print the voucher included in the confirmation email. This authorized voucher must be held when checking in at the hotel.
If you cancel the reservation :
= More than 7 days preceding your check-in date : 75% or total 1st night room fee will be charged.
= 7 days or Less preceding your check-in date : you pay 1 nights room charge
If your booking was for only 1 night then the full amount will be charged.
Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supercede those stated here. In such case our Customer Service Agents will of course inform you clearly and completely. Otherwise it will follow the cancellation policy.
