charge but no more than 50% of room rate, check-out after 18:00 one

CANCELLATION:
» If canceled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
» If canceled up to 5 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
» If canceled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50% of all nights will be charged.
» If canceled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Any
policies dictated by the hotel will always supersede those stated here.
In such case our Customer Service Agents will of course inform you
clearly and completely. Otherwise it will follow the cancellation

METHOD OF BOOKING PROCESSING:
» Once we
have received your credit card details, we simply check from our bank,
in order to guarantee/secure your booking. Until the hotel accepts your
booking, no immediate charge is made. We will charge your credit card
in US dollars for the hotel room after having supplied you with a
confirmed reservation.
» We will contact you back to advise you the
final status of your booking by email. Once the booking is confirmed,
the guest have to print the voucher included in the confirmation email.
This authorized voucher must be held when checking in at the hotel.
